Necessary storage
The local storage entry ddm-privacy-choice-v4 stores the date, version and analytics and advertising choices for 180 days. It does not contain your name, email or phone number, and this record is not sent to third parties. When you choose English, the functional cookie site_language may store that preference for 180 days. The session entry ddm-language-notice prevents repeating the language suggestion in the same tab. Choices are specific to each domain and browser.
Analytics — Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept Analytics. Before that choice or after refusal, we send no analytics requests to Google. We measure page visits and clicks on diagnosis links; a click is not a completed booking. Both language versions use the same Analytics property and can link a visit across domains when you consent on both.
The cookies _ga and _ga_R7TEVB5G0H distinguish visits and sessions. We configure a maximum lifetime of 180 days without automatic renewal on each visit. Withdrawing consent removes these cookies and stops collection. Google's advertising and personalisation options remain disabled.
Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under applicable safeguards. Read Google's Privacy Policy and the Google Analytics data processing terms.
Analytics — Microsoft Clarity
We use Google Tag Manager to load Clarity. Both load only after you accept Analytics. It provides click heatmaps and session recordings, with text masked before collection. Booking pages are excluded. Clarity also stays off when the address contains query parameters we do not recognise, to reduce the risk of collecting personal data in URLs.
The cookies _clck and _clsk associate visits and pages with a session. Withdrawing consent removes these cookies and reloads the page to stop recording. The advertising consent signal sent to Clarity remains denied. Microsoft also describes cookies on its own domains in the Clarity cookie documentation.
Session playback is retained for 30 days. Heatmaps and aggregated data, as well as labelled or favourited sessions, may be retained for nine months. See the retention periods and Microsoft Privacy Statement, including information on international transfers.
Advertising
We plan to advertise, but these websites currently have no active advertising pixels. Accepting advertising only saves your preference; it does not load a pixel.
Before activating a tool, we will update this policy with its provider, purpose and duration, and request fresh consent for that configuration. Refusing does not prevent browsing or booking a meeting.
Calendar and external services
The HighLevel/LeadConnector calendar loads automatically on the booking page. To show available times, the service receives your IP and technical data and may use storage needed for booking and security. Your website advertising choice does not authorise marketing in that service.
Instagram videos connect to Instagram/Meta only when you choose to load a video. The service receives technical data, may use cookies and applies its own privacy rules. You can read the article without loading the video or open its link directly on Instagram.
Product websites are separate services. Read their privacy information before sharing data with them.
Change or withdraw your choice
You can accept all, reject optional storage or set preferences with equal ease. Open in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawal prevents future use of optional tools and does not affect earlier lawful processing. You can delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Without storage, the website still works but may ask you to choose again.
