Sales consulting.
A clear next step.

Do enquiries come in, then stall? Sales consulting helps organise what happens next: who responds, how leads are qualified and what action follows. If you need to attract more enquiries, start with lead generation.

When it makes sense

The team is working.
The process cannot keep up.

Proposals go without follow-up. Everyone qualifies contacts differently. There are meetings and activity, but it is hard to see what should happen next.

This is where we work: how your team makes decisions, takes action and hands work over. Software comes after those rules are clear.

The work in practice

One journey.
Clear responsibilities.

We follow a real opportunity with your team: enquiry, response, qualification, proposal and follow-up. We identify handovers that lack information, decisions or ownership.

The work may include organising the pipeline, qualification criteria, follow-up routines and preparing the team to use the new process. We define the scope for each project.

What we define with you

  • A map of the process and the points where continuity is lost.
  • An owner and a next step at each stage.
  • Criteria for moving forward, waiting or closing an opportunity.
  • Review routines and team training.
  • Measures and acceptance criteria for the agreed scope.
Illustrative example

One enquiry, one owner,
one next step.

Someone responds to an advert and asks for a proposal. The contact reaches the CRM, but the team still needs to understand what they want. One possible workflow would be:

Illustrative example. This is not a client result.

  1. Record the source and the enquiry received.
  2. Assign a person to respond.
  3. Confirm the need and any missing information.
  4. Agree the next action and record it in the CRM, with an owner and a date.

The aim is to answer a simple question: who does what next? The specific rules depend on the business and are agreed with the team.

Improvement you can
keep track of.

We measure the agreed process: for example, opportunities without a next step, proposals with follow-up or time to first response. The baseline depends on the data available.

  1. 01 / Diagnosis

    Understand the cause.

We follow a real process and listen to the people doing the work. We define the problem before choosing a tool.

  2. 02 / Plan

    Define the intervention.

We choose a priority, the people responsible and a way to check for improvement.

  3. 03 / Implementation

    Put change to work.

We organise the process, configure the technology and prepare the team to use it.

  4. 04 / Ongoing support

    Measure and adjust.

We observe what happens in everyday work and refine what needs to improve.

Process and technology

From the rule
to the work.

Ads and landing pages bring in enquiries. Sales consulting addresses how the team follows them through. When improvement requires configuring tools or connecting information, CRM implementation and automation puts those rules into practice.

Our published EVZONE case describes qualification and routing with Victor, connected to the client's internal CRM.

Is this sales training?

Training can be part of it. The work starts with a process and includes designing routines, responsibilities and how they work day to day. We define the scope during the diagnosis.

Do I have to change CRM?

Not always. We assess what you have, its limitations and available access. The proposal explains whether configuration and integration are enough, or whether there is a specific reason to change.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the process, the team and the dependencies. The agreed plan defines timelines, deliverables, responsibilities and acceptance criteria. We do not promise complete transformation within a standard timeframe.

What should you bring
to the diagnosis?

  • A description of a recent enquiry that stalled, without the customer's personal data.
  • A simple explanation of where you keep contacts and track proposals.
  • Input from someone who knows that work first-hand.

You do not need to document everything before the first conversation. A concrete example helps us understand where to start.

How is the investment
determined?

Different businesses need different treatments. Pricing depends on the complexity of the work. Understanding the process, the people involved and what needs to change allows us to define the scope and prepare a tailored proposal.
