Context in the right place.
The next step too.

CRM implementation and sales automation to organise contacts, make follow-up visible and reduce repetitive tasks across tools.

Does this sound familiar?

The CRM exists.
The team still
works from memory.

History is in messages. The next action is in a spreadsheet. The owner changed, but the enquiry stalled. Having a CRM does not mean having a process your team can follow.

We configure the system around the work: required data, stages, owners, alerts and actions. First we understand what needs to happen; then we automate what makes sense.

Implementation scope

Fewer disconnected tasks.
More continuity.

A project can organise the pipeline, configure fields and rules, connect a customer service channel to the CRM and automate follow-up. We assess integrations individually.

When the process is not yet clear, we start with sales consulting. Automating an ambiguous rule only makes the ambiguity travel faster.

Deliverables to agree for the project
  • Stages, data and owners aligned with the process.
  • Follow-up rules, alerts and handovers between people.
  • Defined integrations with record validation.
  • Visible handling of failures and exceptions.
  • Team preparation and user documentation.

Automation is complete
when the work moves forward.

An action executed by a tool does not, by itself, prove that the request is resolved. We check where the information goes and what happens next within the agreed scope.

Everyday application

Customer service and CRM
in the same conversation.

Sofia keeps WhatsApp conversations moving. The EVZONE case shows the handover to the sales team. AI customer service can be part of the work.

Do we need to replace our current system?

Not always. We assess what you have, its limitations and available access. The proposal explains whether configuration and integration are enough, or whether there is a specific reason to change.

Will you migrate all the data?

Migration needs its own scope: source, quality, permissions, fields, validation and rollback. It is not automatically included in CRM configuration.

How do we know it is finished?

We agree criteria before implementation: records reach their destination, rules work as expected, failures are visible and the team can use the process.
